It’s an interesting thing. Lately I’ve found I’m getting more done when I sleep 5-6 hours as opposed to 7-9 hours. I feel more energised on less sleep and more motivated and organised. However, it’s really really hard for me to get out of bed. It’s just like going to the gym… the hardest part of the gym is getting there. Same with my days… the hardest part of the day is getting out of bed. The rest is a breeze. Not because I don’t want to get out of bed… because I do, life is incredible and I’m visiting some awesome places… but I just don’t feel rested because I’m always here there and everywhere.
Anyway… today I got out of bed and explored a bit more of Belgium and it was fab xx pictures on my Instagram.
