So these last few days I havent wanted to go anywhere or do anything because I have just been so so tired. I strayed from healthy eating for a few days and I am not kidding I can immediately feel the difference. I have less energy and all I want to do is sleep. I need to get back on the healthy eating bandwagon otherwise legit I will be wasting so many hours of my life sleeping and napping and… thats like pretty much all I have done the last two or three days. Its horrific!
I never used to believe people who would go on about the food you eat really changes how you feel. But legit if I eat salads and vegetables all day I feel great, feel fit and relaxed and happy and energetic. But if I change to ice cream or cheese or bread I am so so so tired! It does my head in at how big the difference is. I don’t know if I’m allergic to something or have an intolerance to something. But all I know is that I legit need to live on salad and vegetables for the rest of my life oh and meat.. and I will be feeling great. Again.. I learn something new everyday.
