People ask how I went from way over 100kg back down to a healthy BMI. I lost no kidding almost half of my body weight. You guessed it… everybody wants to know how I did it in less than six months.
Exercise & Eating less & making healthier choices. Duh!!! 🤦🏼♀️
I have a little giggle to myself each time somebody says “oh but I’ve tried it”. Uh huh, yep, of course you have. But you never stuck to it. It took me four months to notice any weight loss and then it just dropped rapidly. Just because you can’t see a change in the first three months doesn’t mean it’s not a healthier way to live. Some people 🙄🤦🏼♀️
If I, a woman addicted to food can do it – all you fattys out there can do it. & I can say that man! I weighed almost 140kg. So 😝 pllfhghgh – get off your butt and go for a ten km run everyday & count your calorie intake alongside your nutrients. It’s simple. It’s hard, but it’s simple. Get motivated. Change your life. Mine is still a work in progress, but I’m happy and I’m almost there xx
