How to be more awake when you feel like going back to sleep.

There have been so many days where I just wish I could’ve had ten more minutes sleep. Please can it be a little longer this time I press snooze! 🙏🏻

Now I’m at the point where I don’t want to press snooze in case i accidentally turn it off and not wake up at all. (Nod your head, it’s happened to everyone)

Anyway I like blogging so today’s topic is about how to be more awake when you feel like going back to sleep. Simple. So here are some things that help me stay awake when I’d rather be asleep in bed.

1. Coffee

Duh! Coffee is one of the quickest and easiest ways to wake up.

2. Shower

Sometimes I don’t want to get out of the shower though so….

3. Exercise

Yes it works. I know you don’t want to admit it but it does something scientific to our brain and gives us more energy for the day.

TA DA! It’s not rocket science, it’s that easy.

Of course my fav is coffee but I usually end up doing all three. Have a great day y’all & get a good sleep tonight 😘💘
